We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Given the nature of our products and international shipping, physical returns are not required. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, simply contact us at support@nubbo.store with photo or video evidence within 30 days of delivery, and we'll evaluate the issue and make it right with a refund or replacement — no need to send the item back.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@nubbo.store if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange a refund or replacement.
Eligibility for refunds and replacements
Refunds or replacements are issued in cases such as: items not delivered, items arriving damaged, missing parts, or incorrect items received. For non-delivery claims, we may require confirmation from the shipping carrier before processing. For damaged or defective items, please report within 30 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases once an order has been shipped, given that physical return shipping is not available for our products. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If your item is eligible for a replacement due to a defect, damage, or error on our part, we'll arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. To request a cancellation under this right, please contact us at support@nubbo.store within 14 days of delivery. Please note that, due to the nature of our shipping process, physical return of the item may not be required; we will confirm the process upon your request.
Refunds
Once your refund request is approved, you'll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at support@nubbo.store.
